Some products offered by Matcha Mist may be available for purchase as pre-order items.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is a product that is not currently in stock but is available for purchase in advance. These items will be shipped once stock becomes available.

Payment
By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the full amount at checkout unless otherwise stated. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page. Please note that these are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to production, supplier, or logistics factors beyond our control.

Order Fulfillment
Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order before it has been shipped by contacting us at matchamist.au@gmail.com.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy) for further details.
