KIRI Style Matcha

  1. Use a tea strainer to strain Matcha powder into a Matcha bowl.
  2. Apply 20ml of water to blend the powder using a chasen tea whisk.
  3. Pour hot water into the Matcha bowl and whisk well until a smooth froth is formed.

Point

Use the tea whisk perpendicularly, as if writing the number “1” continuously.

Matcha Latte

  1. Use a tea strainer to strain Matcha powder into a cup.
  2. Pour water and blend the powder using a whisk.For best results, start blending with a small amount of water first.
  3. Add warm milk for hot latte or chilled milk for cold latte into the Matcha mixture.
